Signing Up Study Participants

  • Update Everyone provides each study a unique phone number they can publish to allow community activists and participants to help attract others to the study.

  • Potential participants may send a text with a key word or phrase to sign up.

  • Update Everyone sends a text upon sign up with information and links for relevant forms.

  • Primary Investigators and medical staff can easily curate the list of participants as well as adding new participants by texting their phone number to the system to automatically add them.

  • Participants do not see who else is a participant because all messages are sent individually to each participant’s cell phone number.

Managing Medical Staff
